Despite the bad reviews we’d seen, the hotel was a good place to stay and the service was great.
Perfect location Friendly staff Daily Housekeeping Room was a good size and had everything we needed Iron was provided upon request Lots of breakfast options We had a view of the pool/back of the hotel but it meant quieter nights than if facing the beach/strip as it’s busy 24/7
Pool wasn’t as big as the pictures but was still good for a swim Gym didn’t have as many facilities

It could be long way better, not enough care
Beachfront, the hall was nice. The reception’s staff was nice.
We found our room dirty, we asked the receptionist to send someone to clean the toilet since it was disgusting, our second day we expected the cleaning service but we had none. Breakfast was chaotic, there were not room for 4 to sit down so we had to sit separately.
